What's in the gym?
Free Weights
We have top-of-the-range free-range equipment supplied by BLK BOX, including; squat racks, a bench press, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more.
Cardio
We have a dedicated cardio and functional fitness section in our gym, including three treadmills, two concept 2 rowers, two concept 2 bikes, an assault bike and a battle rope.
Fixed Strength Machines
Enjoy our range of fixed machines from Primal Strength and BLK Box.
Changing Rooms & Showers
Our changing rooms are fitted with private shower stalls, so you can leave feeling fresh!

How do I sign up?
Book in for a tour of the gym and we will get you set up on site!
Is there parking?
There is a number of free spots opposite the facility on the street, as well as pay parking on the streets surrounding BNJC. We are also a short 3 min walk from the Tesco Superstore in Hove which has a large car park.
Am I tied into a long term contract?
Gym memberships are on a month to month contract and can be cancelled at anytime with one month's written notice.
Is there a free trial?
You can try your first class with us for free. We also have taster Personal Training sessions for just £30
